For recording, we require the quietest possible location. 
A hotel room, a conference room, even a private house are all acceptable.  

A portacabin next to the location generator is not!

We need a marked up list from your Dialogue editor of the cues to be recorded (see our free sheet) and a picture file from your Picture editor with a split soundtrack. This should have original sync sound on track one and any added fx or music on track two (to allow us monitoring flexibility during the session). The format should be Apple-Quicktime: either a .avi file for short clips or preferably a .mov file transferred to our system either from a firewire hard drive or DVD.
